NOTICE TO ALL:

Our cancellation policy has changed from 24 hours to 48 hours required notice. As of January 1, 2024, this policy will be strictly enforced. Staff in our office suffer from adverse reactions to chemical fragrances, aftershaves, and scented beauty products. Please avoid wearing scented products during your visit to our offices. Thank you!

NOTICE TO NEW CLIENTS:

Please make sure you book an “Initial” appointment and review each clinician’s bio before booking. We want to be able to help you, and we do our best when we see clients who match up with our areas of specialty and preferred ages. If you book an appointment for a child, please create the account under your child’s name, which you will manage for them. You will notice some overlap between clinicians, so pick the clinician who matches what you need first and then choose who can see you soon! Finally, please do not add yourself to our waitlists as a new client, our waitlist system is only used for current clients. If you need help finding an initial appointment or it all seems too confusing, reach out and we would be happy to help!

NOTICE TO RETURNING CLIENTS:

If it has been more than two years since your last appointment, you must book an Initial Appointment to begin seeing your clinician again. For your clinician to provide the best care for you or your child, an initial session to assess existing concerns must occur, and new forms must be completed. You can also choose a new clinician with shorter wait times. The new clinician can access your old file, and we work as a team so that you can access the best care no matter who you see! Please read the above notice for new clients if you choose to do this.
